Partner Program Terms, Rules & Discount Policy

Governs participation as an Affiliate, Founding Affiliate, Shark, or Distributor of NOVA Q.

1. Program overview and roles

The NOVA Q Partner Program (the “Program”) is the umbrella for everyone who earns by referring or reselling NOVA Q products. Every participant is a “Partner” and manages their account through the Partner HQ dashboard. Within the Program there are four roles:

Customers who purchase through a Partner’s link or code receive a 10% customer discount. Commissions are calculated on net product value and are credited for the life of the referred customer.

2. Program structure — single-layer bonus, not multi-level marketing

NOVA Q operates a single-layer referral bonus program. It is not a multi-level marketing plan and not a pyramid scheme. The following terms are binding and define the entire compensation structure:

• No buy-in. There is no fee to join the Program and no requirement to purchase any product to participate, remain active, or earn.
• Commissions are paid only on sales to genuine end customers. No compensation is paid for the act of recruiting or enrolling another Partner.
• One override per sale. Each qualifying sale generates at most one override of 2.5%, paid to the single Partner at the top of the group in which the sale occurs (the “group-top”). While Shark seats are available, the group-top is a Shark; once Shark seats are filled, the first Partner in a new group holds that position.
• Overrides do not stack and do not compound. A Partner never earns an override on another Partner’s override, and no Partner earns on a group beneath a group. There is no second level.
• Referrals roll up to the group-top. When a Partner in a group refers a new Partner, that new Partner joins the same group and their activity accrues to the group-top, not to the Partner who made the introduction.
• The override is a flat 2.5% for every group-top. It is paid by NOVA Q in addition to the selling Partner’s own commission and is never deducted from it.
• Lifetime customer attribution. A customer referred by a Partner remains attributed to that Partner for the life of the customer, including if that customer later becomes a Partner. The referring Partner continues to earn their commission on that customer’s own purchases, while the customer’s later referred sales to others are compensated separately under the override rules above. The two are distinct streams and do not replace one another.

3. Affiliate and Partner rules

All Partners agree to the following. These rules are covered in the required compliance training and are conditions of participation.

3.1 Approval and required training

Sign-ups are approved to join, but no Partner may promote NOVA Q until they have completed the Partner HQ compliance module and attested in writing to these rules. Promotion before completion is not authorized.

3.2 Disclosure of paid relationship

Every Partner must clearly and conspicuously disclose that they earn a commission whenever they promote NOVA Q, in the promotional content itself (for example, “#ad” or “I earn a commission”). This is required by the FTC Endorsement Guides. Disclosures may not be hidden in a bio, at the end of a caption, or behind a “more” link.

3.3 Honest, approved claims only

Partners must use only the images, copy, and claims provided or approved by NOVA Q. Partners may not invent studies, statistics, ingredients, or results, or make any claim that would require substantiation NOVA Q has not provided.

3.4 Research-use-only products

Research compounds are labeled for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. Partners may not post, imply, or coach human dosing, administration, reconstitution, weight loss, muscle building, recovery, or any human use of these products. A human-use inquiry must be directed to the research-use notice, never answered with usage guidance.

3.5 Cosmetic claims for NOVA Q Skin

Claims for NOVA Q Skin products must remain cosmetic — describing how skin looks and feels (for example, smoother, firmer-looking, more radiant). Partners may not make drug-like claims implying the product treats, heals, or changes the structure or function of the body.

3.6 No self-dealing

Partners do not earn commission on their own purchases. Self-purchases earn $0, and a Partner may not stack a personal discount code on top of a commission. Personal discount codes are for the Partner’s audience, not for discounting the Partner’s own orders.

3.7 One credit per sale

A given sale is either a referral or a wholesale order, never both, and discount codes do not stack. Compensation is credited once, to the correct Partner, per sale.

3.8 No earnings or income claims

Partners may not represent, promise, or imply that any person will earn, or is likely to earn, a specific amount, and may not present any earnings example as typical. Any figures used to illustrate the commission structure are illustrative only and are not a representation of actual or expected earnings; results depend on individual sales and vary.

3.9 Payment

Tracking, referrals, earnings, and payout details are managed in Partner HQ. Commissions are paid on the schedule and by the method stated there.

4. Discount integrity

Personal discounts — including the Founding Member discount and any Partner discount — are provided for the account holder’s own research use. They are not to be used to purchase on behalf of others or to resell.

4.1 Monitoring

To keep the Program fair, NOVA Q monitors account activity, including order volume and frequency, repeat and bulk ordering, dollar volume over time, multiple or mismatched shipping addresses, and login, device, and location signals. This monitoring supports both fairness and compliance.

4.2 Account security controls

NOVA Q may require two-factor authentication (2FA) on Partner and Founding Member accounts, and maintains device and session logging. These controls secure the account, bind a personal discount to a single account holder, and help identify account sharing or multiple-account activity.

4.3 Reserved right

NOVA Q reserves the right to reduce, suspend, or remove any personal discount or other benefit that is used to resell, to purchase on behalf of others, or otherwise in violation of these terms. Where genuine volume is identified, NOVA Q will ordinarily first offer transition to the wholesale program before any adjustment.

4.4 Compliance note

Reselling or redistributing research compounds to other individuals for their use constitutes diversion to human use and is strictly prohibited. This provision is a compliance requirement, not only a commercial one.

5. Wholesale (Distributor) track

Partners or customers seeking to purchase at volume for resale must apply for a Distributor account, which is governed by a separate wholesale agreement with its own pricing tiers, minimum-advertised-price terms, resale documentation, and channel rules. Reselling through a personal or affiliate account is not a substitute for a wholesale agreement.

6. Compliance, changes, and contact

Participation is conditioned on compliance with these terms and all applicable law, including the FTC Act and the FTC Endorsement Guides. NOVA Q may amend these terms and will post the current version here with an updated effective date. Breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination of participation and forfeiture of unpaid commissions attributable to the breach.
